JOTOSKI CONSULTING is an African American Woman owned, privately held Texas Company, based in Dallas, Texas. Jotoski Consulting was founded by its’ President, Joann Tolbert-Yancy in 1998. Ms. Tolbert-Yancy has over 30 years of experience with major corporations and government agencies in the areas of employment law, career development and workshop facilitation. She had an opportunity to work with Clients such as Town North Bank, State Farm Insurance Texas Zone, U. S. Postal Service, City of Dallas, Ohio University, J. P. Morgan Chase, Conoco Oil, Oklahoma Department of Corrections and many more. Prior experience includes random drug testing, hiring, college recruiting, employee relations, EEO management awareness Ms. Tolbert-Yancy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Carol Dawson, EEO Guidance, Inc., has stepped out of the government compliance arena to share her knowledge and skill with both private industry and government agencies. As a certified trainer for the U.S. Department of Labor/OFCCP, Carol trained new Compliance Officers across the country and has worked with many business, government agencies, and community groups to ensure compliance with EEO and AA laws. Bruce Kuehnl formed EEO Logic after serving for 18 years in various capacities at the Labor Department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, most recently as the Acting District Director of OFCCP's Portland, Oregon office. While with the OFCCP, Mr. Kuehnl developed specialized expertise in computer applications relating to the statistical analysis of workforce race and gender profiles, movement patterns, and compensation practices. He brings that expertise to EEO Logic, where he is available to consult directly on affirmative action planning, corporate management audits, and OFCCP compliance reviews.
