She had an opportunity to work with Clients such as State Farm Insurance Texas Zone, U. S. ​Bruce Kuehnl formed EEO Logic after serving for 25 years in various capacities at the Labor Department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, most recently as the Acting District Director of OFCCP's Portland, Oregon office. While with the OFCCP, Mr. Kuehnl developed specialized expertise in computer applications relating to the statistical analysis of workforce race and gender profiles, movement patterns, and compensation practices. He brings that expertise to EEO Logic, where he is available to consult directly on affirmative action planning, corporate management audits, and OFCCP compliance reviews.
